Mikey's 2nd B-day

It's not officially his B-day until the 30th, but we had his party today.

We have a Lion in the family

After going as a duck last year, this year Mikey decided to step up his game. He wanted to have a roaring good time this Halloween. Hardy Har Har. Anyway, he loved going door to door and having people put little "toys" in his bucket. At least that's how he treated them when he got home by dumping his bucket on the floor, putting them all back in and then dumping them out again. All this work eventually tired him out though. All in all, he had a great Halloween!

Mikey Hates Michigan

Mikey is absolutely positive that Notre Dame got robbed against Michigan.

New Video

Just an alert that we put a video on our youtube page. Nothing exciting really but just wanted to make sure those of you that want to watch the little man can take a look.

Mikey and his 18 month dr. appt.

Yeah, it's a little late for his 18 month appt. considering he's almost 19 months but that's ok.
He's still crazy, still won't stop moving and climbing and talking.
He LOVES pointing at animals but especially birds.
Here are his numbers from the visit.
His height is 34.5 inches which ranks in the 93rd percentile.
His weight is still only 25 pounds which only ranks in the 30th percentile.
Tall and skinny.....so unlike his daddy. :)

Mikey Update

I know we haven't been good about posting stuff lately, but let's see......

Ummmmm, he's now almost 16 months old. He loves his mama and wants her constant attention. He's eating like there's no tomorrow. He's been getting sick on and off mostly from everyone at daycare getting sick on and off. Other than that he's the same fun loving child he's always been. Oh, and he LOVES turning on and off light switches and WILL NOT STOP BLABBERING FROM THE MOMENT HE WAKES UP UNTIL HE GOES TO SLEEP!!!!!!!!

Rough Weekend for the Boy

Well, I have a feeling this is a sign of things to come. New Year.....same old Mikey. First on Saturday he missed grabbing onto the table and managed to hit himself in the forehead, nose and under his nose. This left a scrape on his forehead, his nose bruised across the top and a cut right underneath his nose.

Just tonight he decided to test his headbutting skills against the corner of a dresser. He lost. Of course he hit in almost the same spot as Saturday and left a nice big welt.

As you can see though he just keeps rolling with the punches and loves every minute of it.

Nothing exciting.....just Mikey Man playing with some toys and things. He does have a fresh new haircut and looks adorable as always. We just haven't been posting a lot lately so I figured someone might want to see our boy in the new year.
